Privacy Policy

The short version

Your quiz answers and tracking data stay on your device unless you create an account. If you do, they sync to our database so you can use them across devices. We use cookieless analytics, we never sell your data, and item feedback is only ever used as an anonymous aggregate.

What we collect

• Without an account: nothing personal. Your answers and progress live in your browser's local storage. Cookieless, aggregated usage analytics (page views and feature events) are collected without identifying you.
• With an account:your email (or Google account identity), your category states (intake answers, checked items, score history), and your item feedback ("worked / no effect").
• With a subscription: billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How feedback data is used

"Worked for me / no effect" votes are aggregated anonymously to rank which methods actually work. Published numbers are always aggregates over many users; your individual votes are never shown or shared.

What we never do

• Sell or share personal data with data brokers or advertisers.
• Use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site cookies.
• Show your identity alongside any health-related data.

Affiliate links

Some gear items in protocols may contain affiliate links, clearly labeled. Affiliate status never affects an item's evidence grade or ranking.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data at any time from settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data; already-aggregated anonymous counts are not reversible.
